Terms and Conditions for Chic Stay London, a subsidiary of SWIQ Management:
Booking and Payment:To secure a reservation, guests must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the check-in date.* If a booking is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will result in the loss of the full rental amount.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £500 is required for each booking, which will be returned within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages or additional fees are incurred during the stay.Check-in and Check-out:Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-in must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Occupancy:
*The maximum occupancy for each property is specified in the listing and must not be exceeded.
* Guests must provide a valid ID at the time of check-in, and only registered guests are allowed to stay in the property overnight.
Property Use and Conduct:
Guests must maintain a reasonable level of noise, particularly during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Chic Stay London.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A designated smoking area may be provided outside the property.Pets are not allowed in the property unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.
Maintenance and Damages:
* Guests are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or damages to Chic Stay London immediately.Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Liability:
Chic Stay London and SWIQ Management are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.Guests agree to indemnify Chic Stay London and SWIQ Management against any claims or damages arising from their stay or use of the property.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.Amendments:Chic Stay London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
